At Craftoxy, we stand behind the quality of our epoxy flooring services and custom epoxy furniture. This Warranty Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which warranty coverage is provided to our customers.

1. Warranty Coverage

Craftoxy provides a 2-Year Workmanship Warranty on epoxy flooring installations and epoxy furniture manufacturing, effective from the date of project completion or delivery, unless otherwise specified in writing.

The warranty covers:

  • Defects arising due to improper application or workmanship

  • Peeling, delamination, or failure of epoxy coating caused by application-related issues

  • Structural bonding issues in epoxy furniture due to manufacturing defects

2. What Is Covered

Epoxy Flooring

  • Adhesion failure due to incorrect surface preparation

  • Application defects such as uneven finish caused by workmanship

  • Premature coating failure under normal usage conditions

Epoxy Furniture

  • Manufacturing defects related to epoxy bonding

  • Surface defects caused by improper curing or finishing

  • Structural integrity issues due to craftsmanship faults

3. What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear over time

  • Damage caused by impact, misuse, abuse, or negligence

  • Cracks due to structural movement, settlement, or substrate failure

  • Damage caused by chemical spills beyond epoxy specifications

  • Heat damage, burns, or scratches on epoxy furniture

  • Color variation, minor surface texture changes, or natural wood movement

  • Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or unauthorized repairs

  • Water seepage or moisture issues originating from the base structure

  • Acts of nature including floods, earthquakes, or fire

4. Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is valid only when full payment has been completed as per agreement

  • Epoxy flooring must be used strictly for its intended purpose

  • Maintenance guidelines provided by Craftoxy must be followed

  • Any modification or repair by third parties will void the warranty

5. Warranty Claim Process

To raise a warranty claim:

  1. Contact Craftoxy within the warranty period

  2. Provide project details, invoice number, and issue description

  3. Share clear photos or videos of the affected area

Our team will inspect the issue and determine whether it qualifies under warranty.

6. Resolution Under Warranty

If a claim is approved:

  • Craftoxy will repair or reapply the affected epoxy area at its discretion

  • Replacement or repair will be limited to the defective portion only

No cash refunds are provided under warranty.

7. Limitation of Liability

Craftoxy’s liability under this warranty is limited to the value of the original service provided. We shall not be responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original client and project location.

9. Governing Law

This Warranty Policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
